The first Boxing Road to Paris qualification tournament is held at the European Games at the Nowy Targ Arena, Krakow-Malopolska, from the 23 of June to the 2 of July. Boxers will compete in 13 weight categories (7 men’s and 6 women’s events) aiming at the 44 Paris 2024 Olympic quota places at stake.
The second leg of the Boxing Road to Paris – the African Qualifying tournament – is set to take place in August. Exact dates and location will be confirmed in the near future.
The next qualifying tournament is held at the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, from 23rd September through the 8th of October 2023. Hangzhou will welcome the best boxers from Asia, who will compete in 13 weight categories (7 men’s and 6 women’s events) aiming at the 34 Paris 2024 quota places at stake. The tournament will take place at Hangzhou Gymnasium. The Zheijang College of Sports training hall will be used as the training venue.
The fourth leg of the Boxing Road to Paris is held at the Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile, from 20 October to 5 November. Santiago will welcome the best boxers form the Americas looking to book their ticket for the Olympic Games Paris 2024. A total of 30 Olympic quota place will be allocated.
The final leg of the regional qualification tournaments will be held at the Pacific Games in Honiara, Salomon Islands, from 27 November to 2 December 2023.
